This Council:

1. Notes that Environment, Transport & Sustainability Committee voted Road on 21^st July 2021 for an urgent report for the next meeting of that committee on Administration proposals for a park and ride scheme on Mill Road in Westdene;

2. Further notes that no report was forthcoming at meetings of Environment, Transport & Sustainability Committee on 21^st September 2021, 16^th November 2021 or 18^th January 2022;

3. Draws attention to press reports that an experimental park and ride is due to start in the spring following conflicting reports from the Administration on the topic; and

4. Requests the Environment, Transport & Sustainability Committee to call for the urgent release of a full public statement on the topic with proposals of a full programme of consultation of Westdene residents included.
